PROPERTY INFORMATION

The Green is a luxurious and stylish two double bedroomed first floor apartment only a fifteen-minute walk from the centre of Whitby but which is set overlooking open countryside.  The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a designated parking place for one car.  There is also one space for visitors to the block.

 The property is furnished to a very high standard and includes a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer,  dishwasher, washer dryer and all manner of extras including coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich toaster, juicer and a full range of cookware, crockery and glassware.  There is a king size bed with high quality bed linen in the main bedroom, this room also contains a double wardrobe a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets plus a Smart Tv.  In bedroom number two there is a double bed again with high quality bedding,  double wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a Smart Tv.  Both bedrooms have electronic candles and Starlight Projectors.

The living/dining room has a Juliet Balcony which overlooks the Cinder Track and open countryside.  There is a Q LED Tv which has access to all digital channels and Smart apps.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over.  There are electronic candles to create a calming atmosphere.  Bath salts and shower gels plus bath towels and robes are included.
